  • Work schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 9:30am to 11pm, totaling 39 hours per week
    • Job Requirements
    • Valid Massachusetts state license required
    • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
    • BLS certification required for onboarding
    • ARRT certification required for onboarding
    • Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity required
    • Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date required
    • Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date
    • Fit Test for N95 respirator required within 365 days of start date
    • COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions allowed
    • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity preferred
    • Influenza vaccine required during flu season
