GQR Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Hospice for
a local contract nursing job in Worcester, Massachusetts.Job
Description & Requirements
Join our team as a Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13---week
contract role with potential extension. The role requires a
flexible individual with a minimum of 2 years hospice
experience.
Responsibilities:
--- Deliver home---based hospice care
--- Document patient care
--- Comply with professional standards and legal requirements
Requirements:
--- MA Nursing License
--- BLS Certification
--- 2 years hospice experience
Schedule:
--- 24---32 hours/week, including weekends
--- Additional hours available on Tuesday
Additional Info:

--- Scrub color: Any
--- EMR: Oasis
--- Patient ratio: 1:1
--- Location: Worcester, MA

Experience:
2 years of experience
MUST have Hospice experience
Must have OASIS experience
HCHB (Homecare Home Base) is a high preference as it is easier to
onboard with this experience
