Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Clinical Standards for
the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical orientation and review for new 988 Lifeline
centers, ensuring adherence to clinical requirements
Coordinate efforts to maintain clinical standards and assist
centers in compliance with these standards
Collaborate with various teams to promote best practices and
provide support on clinical issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in a crisis call center setting
Knowledge of best practices in suicide prevention
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
