About the RoleThis position provides direct clinical patient care to patients on a per shift basis, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care, as well as supervising staff to which appropriate care is delegated.Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct clinical care to patients, including administering medications and treatments
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careRequirementsCandidates must have a current nursing license and experience in a similar role. A background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen, are required for this position.
