As a Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health department, you will play a vital role in providing direct clinical patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Job Summary

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered.
• Collaborate with the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  Responsibilities
  
• Provide high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely and in a timely manner, adhering to hospital policy.
• Participate in HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
  Requirements
  
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • AHA BLS certification, and if applicable by corporate policy, AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP.
    Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
