As a Physical Therapist on our Outpatient team, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their full potential.Job SummaryYou will evaluate, plan, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. As an interdisciplinary team member, you will provide patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning/implementation.Responsibilities

• Respond to physician orders for physical therapy.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients.
• Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modify treatment plan accordingly.
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
• Develop, improve, and restore functional mobility, seeking to return patient to highest level of independence.
• Seek clarification of physician orders as needed.Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Physical Therapy.
  • State Licensure.
  • Preferred: current CLT or > 3 years outpatient PT experience.
