Director of Modeling and Simulation

Operational intelligence experience in an airborne unit with OT&E experience for fighters.Experience with mission-level simulation tools such as AFSIM, DIADS and/or NGTS.Understanding of aircraft survivability analysis and threat avoidance, including common metrics and visualizations relied upon to communicate results.Coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others in a dynamic environment.Experience working in Special Access environmentsExperience operating, allocating resources, and prioritizing effectively in limited timeframeExperience with programming in MATLAB and PythonPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
