Based in Cambridge, they focus on research and innovation, delivering cutting-edge antibody solutions to therapeutic companies.Job Description
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the organisation's operational and fiscal activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the organisation's compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Represent the company in industry events and public meetings.
  • Drive the company's mission, vision, and values across all levels of the organisation.
  • Create a culture that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Guide the company through stages of growth and development.The Successful ApplicantA successful CEO should have:
    • An advanced degree (PhD, MD) in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A tenure in the Life Science industry and its current trends. Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team from a CRO company.
    • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
    • Excellent people and public speaking skills.What's on Offer
