• Devise and implement an annual business plan for the Hartford office aimed at meeting and exceeding operational targets within multiple states and regions.
• Support sales executives by maintaining a balanced pipeline of business prospects through various prospecting methods including cold calling, email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Foster and capitalize on a network of ecosystem partners to generate business referrals and unlock new development opportunities.
• Quickly identify viable opportunities by utilizing an in-depth understanding of the target market and key decision-makers.
• Refine and hone the staffing and recruiting processes to align with client needs, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deploy and manage sophisticated tools and systems to boost productivity and streamline operations within IT recruiting processes.
• Ensure that the sales team meets their quotas by tracking and driving sales activity metrics.
• Oversee the timely completion of administrative tasks and duties by sales executives.Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT services, including staffing and strategic delivery.
  • Proven management experience within Fortune 500 company supply chains.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Aerospace and Network sectors is highly desirable.Skills:
      • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
      • Strong capability in building and sustaining effective ecosystem partnerships and business referral networks.
      • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously.
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication aptitudes, including superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
      • Adept at adapting to a fast-paced and continually evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
      • Technical proficiency with common software, web applications, and an understanding of IT infrastructure.
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
