Project Manager, SCADA EngineeringChelsea, MAMWRAThe MWRA is looking for a Project Manager, SCADA Engineering to manage and participate in the design, development, operation and technical support of the Authority's Water and Wastewater Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.Some of the work includes:

• Managing and participating in the design, implementation and troubleshooting of control logic for programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Managing and participating in the design, implementation and troubleshooting of Human Machine Interface (HMI) software.
• Managing, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting the SCADA networks and the SCADA PCs.
• Ensuring that work on new and modified monitoring and control systems includes preparation of project scope and P & ID drawings through user interviews, PLC and HMI program testing, documentation and training.
• Ensuring in-house and consultant compliance with the SCADA standards.
• Monitoring in detail the SCADA programming, testing and startup work of consultants and integrators.
• Coordinating the testing, startup and training needs associated with the monitoring and control systems.
• Installing, maintaining and monitoring SCADA security systems.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, electrical engineering or related field; at least 5 years of experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of process control systems; at least 2 years' experience with ladder logic and HMI programming (Allen Bradley PLC and GE Proficy iFIX Software preferred); at least 2 years of supervisory experience; and a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.Salary: $104,582.79 AnnuallyWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pmTO VIEW OUR BENEFITS PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK! - Apply at: Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
