Responsibilities: As the Director of Critical Care and Respiratory
Therapy, you will: Lead the strategic direction and continuous
improvement of critical care and respiratory services. Collaborate
across departments and organizational system to design and
implement patient-centered clinical programs. Ensure adherence to
clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and age-specific care
needs. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational
outcomes for critical care services. Provide inspirational
leadership and foster a culture of excellence and growth among
staff. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll bring: A
Master's degree in nursing or a related field and a bachelor's
degree in nursing from an accredited institution. Licensure as
Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island by the Rhode Island
Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance
with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement of the National Council
of State Boards of Nursing. 5+ years of leadership experience in a
complex healthcare environment. Exceptional communication and
collaboration skills. In-depth knowledge of the Rhode Island Nurse
Practice Act and critical care best practices. Working at Brown
