knowledge.Job DescriptionAbout the role:Join Takeda as a Global
Ethics & Compliance Change Management Lead, senior manager level,
where you will play a critical role in ensuring that global project
and initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted within the
Ethics & Compliance organization and across Takeda. This role
involves developing and implementing strategic change management
plans to ensure the successful adoption of project outcomes. By
working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, the Change
Management Lead will identify the impacts of project-related
changes on processes, systems, and personnel. As part of the Global
Ethics & Compliance team, you will report to Head of Portfolio
Management & Agile Operations and partner with learning,
communications as well as business unit (BU) designated team
members and E&C embedded teams.How you will contribute:
- Design, implement, and oversee change management approach for
global projects and initiatives within the Global Ethics and
Compliance function, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with
organizational goals.
- Apply a structured methodology based on Takeda's Change
Management model and lead change management activities to create a
strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project
or initiative.
- Develop, execute and enable effective project communication
efforts with clear, targeted messages and materials to support
change.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses,
assessing change readiness, potential risks and
interdependencies.
- Identify and facilitate key stakeholder engagement to foster
alignment, understanding, and collaboration.
- Support training efforts by partnering with learning team to
design, deliver, and evaluate training programs related to projects
and initiatives, leveraging a RITE framework (Role Modelling,
Information Sharing, Training, and Environment) to provide clarity
of expectations, enhance the effectiveness of learning programs,
and contribute to meaningful behavior changes within the
organization.
- Consult and coach project teams on change management plans.
Oversee and direct third-party service providers to develop and
deliver change management solutions.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change
progress.
- Use data-driven insights and feedback loops to refine change
management strategies, ensuring they are adaptable and responsive
to evolving organizational needs.
- Support project teams by providing project management tools and
coaching on project management methodologies.
- Work within Portfolio Management team and the respective team
members in the BU to continuously review progress of ongoing
projects and anticipate resource constraints and roadblocks.Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, or related
field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in change management,
project management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of change theory and practical application
to effectively manage change associated with project
initiatives.
- Proficiency in using advanced tools and software, such as
project management software, to oversee change management processes
within projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at
all levels. Proven expertise in persuading others to support and
embrace change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at
prioritizing and managing multiple projects or initiatives with
competing priorities.
- Proven track record of successfully driving change within
project environments for global organizations.
- Collaborate in mindset and approach to partner across E&C,
Takeda, and with external partners to develop effective change
programs.
- Familiarity with iterative working methodologies such as design
thinking, agile, and scrum preferred.
- Learning agility, curiosity, proactivity, and motivation
effective within a matrixed organization.
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced and changing

practices.For Location:Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:133,000.00
- 209,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated
range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend
on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the
individual applicant for the position, years of relevant
experience, specific and unique skills, level of education
attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and
the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they
will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be
in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the
job location.U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term
and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible
to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan
