You'll partner directly with our founder team to develop and lead a world-class product organization while evolving our successful community-driven platform, and ensuring those products meet the growth needs of our customers.This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of blockchain data, community engagement, and emerging AI technologies - shaping how the crypto ecosystem uses data to grow and succeed. You'll need to navigate complexity across our two-sided marketplace, balancing the needs and potential of our analyst community with the growth demands of our project partners, while identifying opportunities to make our platform's insights accessible to broader audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership

• Own the execution of the product vision. Bring founder vision to life through plans, structures, and measurable outcomes that align teams to priorities and create cross-team collaboration. You are the mechanism that moves the vision forward - working closely with founders, overseeing our team of product managers.
• Build and lead the product organization - demonstrating strong ability to evaluate and prioritize across multiple high-priority initiatives, creating clarity around trade-offs and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Data Science and Sales teams to align the product roadmap with go-to-market opportunities and delivery.
• Balance growing our public data analytics platform with ensuring the product is aligned with customer delivery.
• Drive innovation in how we leverage our community's insights alongside AI to deliver value to partners and users.Product Excellence
  • Maintain and enhance the core analytics capabilities that power our community and organization.
  • Guide the thoughtful incorporation of features that amplify our community's insights.
  • Lead the evolution of our platform to support both technical analysts and broader audiences.
  • Establish frameworks for measuring and improving product success across our marketplace.Product Organization Development
    • Institute best practices for product development that support both rapid innovation and platform stability - getting in the weeds with the team to drive clear sprint processes, empowering teams with guardrails that enable rapid data-driven decision making - creating clarity and order out of multiple competing (and sometimes ambiguous) priorities.
    • Scale and structure the product team, including hiring, coaching, and developing product managers, designers, and researchers.
    • Foster a culture of user-centered design thinking and data-driven decision making.RequirementsExperience & Skills
      • 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years leading product teams of 3+ people
      • Track record of successfully scaling community-driven products or platforms
      • Strong background in data products, analytics platforms, or developer tools
      • Experience in web3/crypto products strongly preferred
      • Experience leading product organizations through growth stage (growing into 100-200 person companies)
      • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing product teams
      • Strong technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with engineering leadershipLeadership Qualities
