Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Retail Planning to join
their Amazon team.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast and monitor daily sales performance, making adjustments
based on trends and consumer behavior
Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, inventory
sell-through, and gross margin while presenting reports to senior
management
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and supply
chain teams to align on merchandise plans and promotional
strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in operations, business management, or a related
field
7+ years of experience in retail planning, preferably with Amazon
account experience
5+ years of experience with analytics tools and data-driven
planning
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced predictive
formulas
In-depth understanding of retailer reporting platforms and
forecasting tools (Vendor Central or Seller Central preferred)
