Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Contracts to lead
commercial contract support and manage contractual issues within
the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, including GPO,
IDN, and vendor contracts
Develop and implement contract drafting and negotiation strategies
aligned with corporate objectives
Advise management on potential legal exposure and prioritize
contracts for drafting and review
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years of Contract Management experience
Experience supporting due diligence activities and advising
decision-makers
Familiarity with major commercial contract types, including SaaS
subscriptions and NDAs
Experience with contract lifecycle management software
