Job Description:

Robotics Technical Program Manager We are looking for a Robotics Technical Program Manager to join our team at Symbotic. In this role, you will oversee and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Software Development, DevOps and IT, Hardware and Electromechanical Systems, and AI and Machine Learning. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and managing workload, defining and tracking team sprints, overseeing change management implementation, leading post-production audits, coordinating root-cause investigations, ensuring Jira tickets are prioritized, and facilitating cross-functional meetings. Additionally, you will need to have proven leadership experience coordinating technical development across large engineering organizations, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, technical background in robotics or high-tech fields, and experience with agile methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
