Job Description:
The Commercial Sales Manager provides sales coaching,
mentorship, and motivation for a team of Commercial Account
Executives. The Commercial team is one of the fastest growing areas
of CloudZero, and is critical to logo acquisition predictability of
our business.We are committed to developing our people and

and building long-lasting connections with intentional
collaboration in our Boston headquarters.Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, build, inspire and manage the Commercial sales
team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on
performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior
management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in
assigned markets and customer segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships
with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales
efforts with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and
industry trends.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their
performance and professional growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize
profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent
CloudZero.Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, 2+ as a team lead or
manager
- Familiar with B2B SaaS Sales Motions and Methodologies
(MEDDPICC, Sandler, FORCE Mgmt, etc)
- Motivated by helping people grow with a desire to continue
learning
- A self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, rapidly changing
marketplace
- Proven in overseeing an outbound Sales team in all areas of the
sales cycle
- Strong understanding of the Cloud Ecosystem (AWS, GCP,
Azure)
- Passion for coaching, growing and motivating others through
educating, challenging and inspiring others to do their best
work
- Ability to provide constructive, timely feedback in an effort
to coach and grow others
- Excellent project management and time management skills;
relentless focus and ability to pivot and adapt to shifting
priorities and objectives
- Excellent presentation skills; Ability to captivate and engage
