As a certified minority business enterprise (MBE), our team has collaborated with some of the most forward-thinking, high-performing organizations across both the private and public sectors.A Project Manager in this role is a versatile and essential team member, driving the success of our projects across data centers, smart buildings, and program management services. This position offers the opportunity to lead presales efforts, coordinate design and installation processes, work collaboratively with partners, and manage customer communications.Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site discovery and scoping visits to assess current conditions and client requirements, using findings to develop project strategies and scopes of work for contractors and consultants.
• Supporting pre-sales efforts by developing proposals and presentations for clients and partners.
• Preparing cost estimates and technical proposals for potential clients to clearly articulate our service offerings.
• Overseeing and coordinating project implementations, including procurement and tracking of materials, managing subcontractor communications, scheduling, and client interactions.
• Managing the design and construction administration processes with our internal team, subconsultants, and clients.
• Ensuring project success through proactive documentation and regular communication with clients and partners.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in a Project Management role within a design or construction firm
  • Familiarity with data center, mission-critical, and/or electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
