Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and
countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare
capabilities to enhance mission survivability.BAE Systems is
looking for a Senior Process Engineer on the Advanced Compact EW
Solutions (ACES) operations test and manufacturing team. This
position will support multiple factories in Nashua, NH including
the Area 5 factory after necessary clearances have been
obtained.The Position will include the following duties:
Designs, develops, maintains and
improves manufacturing processes and procedures while supporting or
leading production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation,
and applicable material handling. Designs, specifies and acquires
fixtures, tools and equipment required to support manufacturing.
Partners with program and operations teams to document and
disposition Non-Conformances while driving systemic manufacturing
defects to root cause and implements corrective actions.Partner
with program teams to assure designs are producible and
maintainable. Actively supports or completes PPV/FAI.Drives
manufacturing process improvements, production problem resolutions,
and integrating solutions into a lean manufacturing environment.
Collaborates with other functions such as supply chain, quality
engineering and program engineering teams. Works closely with Test
Engineering to assist with test debug and associated rework as
applicable. The individual will work in both office spaces and
production environment supporting the factory full time
onsite.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration
and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature
of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means
work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100%
of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering
Discipline and at least 3 years of process engineering
experience.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
MES Paperless (BAE) Systems
proficient preferred.Experience with AS9100(ISO 9000), AS9145(APQP)
or equivalent quality standards preferredStrong leadership, people
skills, judgement and problem-solving capabilities. Solid
communication, teamwork and integration know-how will be required
to work effectively across functions at multiple levels.Exhibit
sound judgment, initiative, and self-motivation and be able to
complete tasks with minimal guidance.Must be hands on and prepared
to roll up your sleeves and work closely with assemblers,
inspectors, test technicians, and peer design, manufacturing, or
test engineers to work complex issues to closure.Lean, SPC, 6 Sigma
experience preferred. Should be able to conduct root cause
investigation using applicable quality tools.Confident with office
applications and data analysis using excel, Minitab, or
equivalent.Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain Secret
security clearance acceptable.Manage time effectively while dealing
with a variety of issues in a dynamic environment.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
