Job Description:

Our well-established client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their busy team. In this role, you will work with a team to oversee the maintenance and improvements of existing products within the electro-mechanical industry. You will work cross-functionally to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance. To be successful, you will have experience monitoring and analyzing product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes and design modifications.Additional Responsibilities will Include:

• Provide technical support to resolve product issues by working closely with the quality assurance and manufacturing teams, supporting the manufacturing processes to enhance product life cycle and customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of design changes, test results, and product performance data.
• Responsible for addressing customer inquiries and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions and ensuring all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Background Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 4-7 years of experience in product sustaining engineering, preferably in the Electro-Mechanical industry
• Experience with FMEA GD&T & RCCA
• Experience with tight tolerance injection molded product
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Proficiency in Creo software
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
