of a team responsible for supporting the growth of Continuous
Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing across a variety of
businesses.
- Self directed to conduct Process Part Verification and Firs
Article Inspections per AS9102 standards.
- Assist with the design and manufacturing of 3D printed
concepts
- Operate independently throughout the NH campuses and lead
others through the demonstration of Continuous Improvement (CI) and
Lean knowledge.
- Drive change and support the development of a Continuous
Improvement (CI) and Lean culture.
- Work with management and operators building the product to
determine what is waste in order to flow the product.Required

High School deploma / GEDQuality
backgroundIn depth understanding of Lean manufacturing tools and
conceptsConfident with training and public speakingPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
Strong analytic skillsAbility to lead
and/or facilitate Kaizen eventsWilling to teach a variety of Lean
topicsExperience in manufacturing environment for 2 or more
yearsHands-on floor support experience working with exempt
employeesCapacity to drive positive change in an organization
cultureStrong leadership, coaching and team building
skillsExperience in applying Lean principles throughout the value
streamAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesDemonstrate a

plus, CAD and 3D printingPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$63653 - $108210Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
