Position Details:

--- Title: Field Service Engineer - Laser
--- Location: Boston and surrounding area
--- Shift: Monday - Friday, Daytime hours. Evenings and weekends as needed.
--- Travel: 25% - Regional to eastern New England
--- Compensation: $90-$95K + OT and company car
--- Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental and life insurance, 401K with a company match, paid PTO and paid Holidays

Position Description:

--- Provide technical and administrative support activities including repair, preventative maintenance, and upgrades on company surgical equipment
--- Install LenSx and diagnostic equipment according to customer's specifications
--- Perform reactive, corrective and preventive maintenance, retrofits, upgrades and system installations on qualified company laser and diagnostic equipment
--- Handle daily schedule with assistance from dispatch, manager and senior team members while delivering on time and accurate documentation
--- Maintain timely communications with customers, managers, regional and cross-functional teams - promptly addressing concerns, quality assurance, and medical safety issues
--- Remain current and align with company financial, travel and expense guidelines on expenses and inventory management through reports, cycle counts, and operational duties including training, trade shows and regional support
--- Exhibit a professional appearance and promote company services to customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction
--- Protect and maintain company assets, such as vehicle, test equipment, tools, computer, software, and communication devices

Requirements:

--- High School Diploma or equivalent
--- 5 years of relevant experience working on electromechanical systems.
--- Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
