Mabbett & Associates, Inc. (Mabbett -), an award-winning, industry-leading, environmental, health and safety, and architectural-engineering consulting firm, is seeking a self-motivated, Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of professionals to deliver a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects.
Oversee the preparation of engineering designs, reports, and permit applications for various projects.
Manage existing clients and assist with efforts to attract new clients.
Mentor and develop technical staff.

This is a hybrid position based out of the firm's Corporate Headquarters located in Stoneham, MA office.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
10+ years of progressive experience in private or federal A/E and/or engineering projects.
Demonstrated managerial and marketing/business development experience.
Demonstrated technical experience, including managing multi discipline design teams, preparing designs, construction documents, and specifications.
Interface with client by presenting designs and responding to comments.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License Required (Massachusetts preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
Excellent organizational and personal communication skills; ability to successfully interact with clients, staff and peers clearly and directly.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, as well as a pre-employment physical and drug screen, to include cannabis.
Ability to occasionally travel.
