Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics. Come build your career with BAE Systems.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.Assist the Calibration Coordinators with daily operations maintaining test equipment on the factory floor. Remove and install equipment in a fast-paced environment working both as a team member and as an individual contributor. Report on test stand status and give updates to leadership when required. Work closely with Security for paperwork and approvals. Prior experience working with test equipment a plus. Must be able to prioritize and set schedules based on factory needs.Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience. Prior knowledge of test equipment and test process a plus.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience preferred.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
