Solutions Engineer to provide pre-sale technical support to the
Global 2000/Fortune 500 Named Account sales team. The ideal
Solutions Engineer will understand and have in-depth knowledge of
Cybersecurity, Cloud Architectures and on-premise hub and spoke
infrastructures. Understand the challenges our customers are facing
in today's work and the transformation going on in the security
industry.About the Role:As a Solutions Engineer (SE), you will
partner with your sales account manager(s) to create solution
architectures and proposals that meet our customer's requirements.
You will be required to lead and engage throughout the sales
lifecycle. Activities include discovering the customer's needs,
writing proposals, solution demonstration, architecting solutions,
building the customers trust and leading the proof of concept to
gain the technical win.Your sales focus will be aligned with our
Global 2000/Fortune 500 accounts. You will also work in
collaboration with your direct SE Director and Regional Sales Vice
Presidents to contribute to sales strategy and team programs that
create a pipeline, customer excellence and best practices on
technical win. You will report to the Director of Solutions
Engineering.About you:You will provide technical expertise on
Trellix products and oversee the solution sales activities within
the sales process to gain the technical win and the customers'
trust.You will provide and present the Trellix Strategy, XDR and
cloud solutions and demonstrations and how this addresses and
solves the customers' needs and outcomes and differentiates from
the competition.You will gather requirements, develop use cases,
and fully understand our customer's needs and constraints.You will
participate in solution led sales calls and prospect visits with
the customer, qualifying their requirements, providing product
information and working with prospects at both a technical and
business level to show how Trellix solutions can provide value to
them.You will contribute to the writing of solution proposals and
ensure it meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and fits for
the intended purpose.You will manage the technical or solution
response to RFIs/RFPs and orchestration of the virtual teams to
help provide a comprehensive consultative response.You will
participate in remote planning and complete customer product
pilots.You will build and participate in pipeline activities.You
will retain a competent level of knowledge and technical hands-on
experience across Trellix products, solutions, and sales
propositions.You will remain current on security trends and
industry analysts reports and use this knowledge to guide technical
sales wins.You will share best practices, provide feedback to
product management and support the go-to market programs of the
company.You will follow Trellix corporate guidelines and
compliance.This position is paid (in part) on a commission basis.
The Base Pay Range is $103,880 - $192,920. The On Target Earnings
(OTE) Range (base pay plus on target commission) is $148,400 -
$275,600. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range and actual OTE
within the OTE Range will depend on varying circumstances,
including the work location, individual qualifications, company
budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also
include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and
