Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and compliance regulations. This role is critical in managing the accounting department, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the accounting functions, including accounts receivable, payroll, and account analysis.
maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Utilize financial software such as spectrum for efficient accounting processes and reporting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives through sound financial practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Controller senior accounting manager.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and accounts receivable management.
Proficiency in financial software applications.
In-depth understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to senior management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
